Chef Paul Casey, Owner & Chef is back in command of the kitchen after being on leave for 8 months. He attended Culinard Institute and has been featured in many magazines such as Southern Living, Southern Lady, and many more. He trained under the Brennan family restaurant Bacco in New Orleans. The Rock House restaurant has received a four star rating by many. 2005 Miss America Deidre Downs is a regular customer and enjoys the New Orleans atmosphere. Chef Paul is most known for his catering business Casey Catering. With a large deck to catch a nice evening breeze you can enjoy a specialty martini, or one of many wines from the large wine selection.
